Undefeated and Nike have caught us by surprise this week, following up their recent Air Max 95 release with a batch of four more colors. However, there is a catch: each pair is extremely limited and exclusively available in one city.

Undefeated’s long-standing relationship with Nike has brought them a huge range of Swoosh collaborations. Their releases with the Beaverton brand have felt nonstop over the last several years, with new projects in the pipeline for one season after another. This year, the two celebrated the 20th anniversary of the UNDFTD Air Jordan 4, before following up with a two-pack of colors for the Air Max 95, which celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2025. Now, less than a week after the launch of their AM95 pack, the LA-based retailer is back with another round of releases for the retro runner, but this batch is significantly more limited.

Announced today via their Instagram, Undefeated quietly cooked up four additional colorways of the Nike Air Max 95 this year. These pairs are part of a City Series, which will release exclusively in their set locations. First up is the “Neon” colorway for New York City, which is dropping this week in a 600 pair run. Two more pairs are also limited to 600 pairs, a red colorway for Tokyo and a yellow look for Shanghai. These are expected to follow the release method of the NYC pair with a raffle determining winners for in-store pickup. Finally, a blue pair has been made to round out UNDFTD’s capsule collection with English football club Birmingham City, and this style comes in a run of 2,200 pairs. No release details have been shared for that look yet.

UNDEFEATED X NIKE AIR MAX 95 CITY SERIES RELEASE INFORMATION

Undefeated and Nike’s new “City Series” for the Air Max 95 begins with the New York “Neon” pair, releasing on December 12th, 2025. The shoes will be available via an EQL raffle, which is open now until tomorrow morning, and requires entrants to pick up their pairs at UNDFTD NYC on Friday. Release dates for the Tokyo, Shanghai, and Birmingham styles are likely to follow over the next few days or weeks. Pairs are extremely limited, and will likely come with a price tag around $200.
