The latest signature sneaker from Pharrell and adidas Originals has been talked about all year. With the shoe finally out in public, more colorways are lining up confirmed releases, including the “Triple Black” look for Spring 2026.

The new Jellyfish sneaker from Pharrell and adidas debuted all the way back in January 2025, during Paris Fashion Week. The new model dominated sneaker talk for the next several months, as we slowly learned more about the shoe. Based on the adiStar Cushion series, Pharrell’s version applies a unique series of molded rubber overlays, which give the shoe a special 3D look that changes shape base on the viewing angle. The rollout for the shoe was slow, with very limited special drops periodically throughout Spring & Summer before the official public release in August.

With a few colorways now out in the world, more and more samples and finalized products are starting to get release dates. Last week, the “Triple Black” pair teased in Spring finally got a release, albeit a limited one. Pharrell & adidas hosted a pop-up event in NYC where customers were able to purchase the inky colorway. Now, it appears is adidas is looking to give the shoe it’s global release in the new year. This week, official images of the black style surfaced on the backend of the Confirmed app. No date has been listed yet, but we are currently looking at an early 2026 drop.

PHARRELL X ADIDAS JELLYFISH “TRIPLE BLACK” RELEASE INFORMATION

After making its debut at a pop-up event in New York earlier this month, the “Triple Black” pair of Pharrell’s adidas Jellyfish will release to the public in Spring 2026. No date has been set yet, but the emergence of adi’s official images mean a wider release is imminent. Pairs will likely be available from both adidas and Pharrell’s Virginia store, with pricing to remain at $300.
