Look no further than the viral Pegasus Premium; Nike’s longest and most iconic running series is as relevant as ever. As a supplement to the modern selection of Pegasus footwear, Nike set its sights on the Y2K trend by bringing back the Pegasus 2K5 at the top of 2024, offering a strong complement to the trending Vomero 5. Now greeting another season on shelves, Nike is firing off yet another nostalgic colorway for Summer 2025.
Lending a bit of a CDG x Air Max 180 vibe, the design relies on a high-contrast mix of “Black/Metallic Platninum/Pink Blast.” The bright “Pink Blast” accent color appears on the Swoosh border, toe cap, and outsole, immediately catching the eye over a black leather cage and midsole. The “Metallic Platinum” shade works its way onto the underlays, adding some more brightness to an otherwise stealthy delivery.
