Nike is showing no signs of slowing down releases for their Air Max 95 this year. New colors continue to emerge post-anniversary celebration in 2025, and the “Royal Blue” style initially teased last week has now surfaced in official imagery.

The Air Max 95 kicked off its thirtieth anniversary celebration with a bang last year, reverting to the shoe’s original design with an enlarged Air bubble in the heels. The overhaul follows in the footsteps of the Air Max 1’s Big Bubble release back in 2022, and has been the main version of the 95 we’ve seen for the past year. Nike has released dozens of new and classic colorways in this style, and has shown zero sign of letting off the gas as we head into Spring & Summer 2026. Last week, JD Sports teased a number of upcoming releases, including this subtle “Royal Blue” look. The pair features a white-to-black gradient from top to bottom, split just below the center by a flash of Royal Blue ripstop nylon. The same blue makes an appearance for the shoe’s mini Swoosh, highlighted with an outline in bright yellow.

Nike’s latest style of their Big Bubble Air Max 95 does not have an official release date yet, but has been confirmed to arrive during the Spring 2026 retail season. The pair features a bold Royal Blue accent against an otherwise neutral palette, and was initially teased via JD Sports, making it unclear if this will be an exclusive release for the store or a widely available style. Pairs will come with a price tag of $190.
