Nike’s committed to reduce its carbon footprint. Although the global sportswear brand has modified every facet of its operation, the most visible has been its product lineup.

Over the last three years, the Oregon-based institution has produced countless lifestyle and performance models under the “Next Nature” banner.The Nike Air Force 1 Low has been a repeat participant, bringing recycled materials to the forefront. Bruce Kilgore’s iconic design from 1983 maintains its traditional aesthetic, but features up-cycled components across its upper and sole unit. The latest proposition to surface with Next Nature branding (a swoosh-wheel logo on the sockliner) indulges in a pink and off white arrangement à la strawberries and cream. Uppers favor a rosy finish, while profile swooshes, upper heel panels, and sole units deviate in “Sail” and “Coconut Milk.”
