This international exposition has been held in both cities over the years and serves as inspiration for the aforementioned ASICS project. After working through 36 sneaker samples, a selection of eight has been made, with premium finishes nodding to various cities and countries. Four GEL-LYTE IIIs, a GEL-LYTE III.I, GEL-MAI, GEL-KAYANO 12.1, and a Chicago flag-themed GEL-KAYANO 14 have been prepared with special co-branding scattered throughout.For those looking to shop Kith's new "World's Fair" collection, it is set to debut via Kith Chicago on Saturday, October 4. From there, a global launch is said to be taking place. Ahead of the store's grand opening on the 4th, a special event at the flagship will be taking place on the 3rd, featuring a Ronnie Fieg-featured ASICS panel, several ASICS collections on display, and more.
