Just like Air Max, Pegasus, and Vomero sneakers, the Nike Shox line has fully transcended its running roots. As Shox sneakers continue their renewed lifestyle push as part of the Y2K wave, we’ve been hit with yet another upcoming pair featuring a street-minded texture swap; this mossy, denim Nike Shox Ride 2.
Official images reveal “Bright Cactus” denim across the upper, complete with frayed edges for a distressed, aged aesthetic. Black hairy suede panels over the toe and heel continue the textural push, while “Volt” paint mimics the effects of aging atop a black midsole. Moving further underfoot, the Shox pillars and Air forefoot cushioning both return to the “Volt” hue.
The Nike Shox Ride 2 “Bright Cactus” is expected to release Summer/Fall 2025 in men’s sizing, saddled with a $190 MSRP.
