LeBron James isn’t the only one having himself a moment in sneakers. Longtime friend and agent Rich Paul has fostered a real relationship with New Balance, demonstrated by the duo’s shared Klutch Athletics range that’s dotted the Boston brand’s catalog. The mogul last touched the footwear realm with two editions of the New Balance 550, but the legacy grows deeper with a sneak peek at the Rich Paul x New Balance 2010 “Plum Brown.”

All things considered, this isn’t our first indication that the Cleveland native had something in the works with NB’s ABZORB innovation, as a refined pink edition was first spotted worn courtside by the man himself. Notably, that preview came before the New Balance 2010 even hit the market. In perhaps an indication that the Klutch founder will revisit the two-pack concept, this new edition borrows the plum tones from its predecessor’s collar, instead splaying the entire shoe in a near-flooded application.
