In keeping with an annual tradition, Nike is once again celebrating Easter on the Air Force 1. The Beaverton brand has hatched two styles for 2025, including an “Easter Basket” pair that goes all-in on holiday-inspired detailing.
The toe box and quarter set the tone with patterned woven material akin to Easter baskets, immediately tying in with the egg hunting tradition. The backtab and Swoosh appear in metallic shades of green and “Glacier Blue,” evoking common food dye colors used for Easter eggs, accompanied by “Mint Foam” laces and “Mint Foam/Hydrangeas” midsole detailing. The tongue tag stands out with a hatching Nike logo on the inside, while the insoles nod to the fake green “grass” commonly stuffed into Easter eggs. Simple “Summit White” leather overlays and a “Light Chocolate” sock liner round out the upper, while a “Light Chocolate” outsole rounds out the delivery underfoot.
These resemble one of two Easter Air Force 1s expected to land in April, joined by an all-leather, multicolor pastel option. No concrete release date has been announced yet, but we’ll update this article as soon as that changes. As a special edition release, the Air Force 1 “Easter Basket” commands a $160 price tag.
