Last year, Nike unveiled their first fully 3D-printed sneaker, the Air Max 1000. Created in partnership with Zellerfeld, the two are giving fans another shot at the red colorway this week, with a raffle opening on Thursday.

Nike’s Air Max 1000 was unveiled at ComplexCon in Las Vegas in November 2024, marking a striking debut for the brand’s most futuristic Air Max silhouette yet. The shoe is a largely 3D-printed reinterpretation of the classic Air Max 1, created in collaboration with German tech partner Zellerfeld and showcasing next-generation additive manufacturing. Attendees of the convention were able to participate in Nike’s AM1000 experience, which ended with a chance to buy the first edition of the brand new sneaker, an all-red design with clear Air bubbles tucked into the heels. This week, a full year after its unveiling, Zellerfeld will give us another chance at the striking red look, but this pair now features a neon Atomic Green Air bag to give the shoe more of a Christmas-themed look.

The special holiday release of Nike’s 3D-printed Air Max 1000 will release globally this week. Pairs will be release through Zellerfeld’s raffle system, with the raffle opening on December 18th, 2025, and winners being notified on December 22nd. This appears to be the only shot at the bold Red & Atomic Green colorway, which will cost $180.
