For the first time ever, Jordan Brand has created a promotional shoe exclusively for EKINs, marking a historic moment for the brand and the community that has represented it since 1981. This special-edition Air Jordan 1 Low celebrates the 40th Anniversary of the Air Jordan 1 while honoring the shared mentality between Michael Jordan and EKINs: “Never Not Working.” That phrase captures a relentless commitment to craft, preparation, and storytelling that has long defined both Jordan’s legacy and the EKIN role within Nike.

This release represents the sixth EKIN-exclusive promotional shoe, following past models such as the Air Force 1, Dunk, Bruin, Cortez, and Air Max 1. While those silhouettes helped establish a tradition of recognition and pride, the Air Jordan 1 Low elevates it further by merging Jordan Brand heritage with deeper narrative detail. Every element reflects the lived experience of EKINs—those who spend long days on the floor, sharing product knowledge, building community, and bringing Nike’s innovation to life.

Limited to just 200 individually numbered pairs, the shoe stands as one of the most exclusive releases in Nike history.
