Despite the month of February being packed with a number of heavy-hitting drops, Chris Gibbs’ Union LA Jordan 1 is amounting to the best release of the month. Revisiting his 2018 Air Jordan 1 collaboration, Gibbs mixed and matched the iconic “Chicago” and the “Shadow” to form a breathtaking third iteration of the concept. The collection will be open for view onFebruary 27th, 2025 at 7 AM PST; the launch is scheduled for 8 AM PST exclusively at www.unionjordan2025.com.

As we learned in our interview with Chris, the “Chicago/Shadow” colorway was among the many different combinations he came up with when he first created the idea over seven years ago. The recently revealed “UNC/Royal” pair that was on display was intended to release as well due to Union’s preference for dropping two shoes at a time. However, the Chicago/Shadow edition will touch down as a solo act exclusively through Union. A SNKRS release is expected mid-March.
