HIDDEN x Asics GEL-DS Trainer 14 “Dusk” Releases Tomorrow

Back in October, Hidden NY showed up at ComplexCon in Las Vegas, unveiling a secret new project with Asics, the “Dusk” colorway of the GEL-DS Trainer 14. That black and blue pair is now set to release to the public tomorrow.

The rise of Hidden NY from an Instagram moodboard page to full on brand selling apparel, accessories, and more, could probably be taught in business and marketing classes. Founded and run (originally) by one mystery man who remains nameless to this day, the project began with sharing photos of cool new products, cars, and vintage photography. Years later, the main page is still the same but is now backed by a brand that collaborates with The North Face, Uggs, Salomon, Asics, and many more.

One of Hidden’s regular collaborators is Asics, the Japanese running brand. The two have released several sneakers thus far, the latest of which dropped just last month. The GEL-DS Trainer 14 in “Dawn” was debut at ComplexCon, where they also teased a matching “Dusk” colorway in blue & black. That second style was said to be limited to just 25 pairs globally, a handful of which were sold to attendees of the convention. Now, Hidden has announced a public release of the alternate color scheme tomorrow, exclusively through their website.

What is not is clear is whether this is the remainder of the 25 pair run, or a larger production quantity that didn’t exist when the shoe was first revealed in late October. Currently, our guess is the former, given the intricate special packaging and clock that accompany the shoes in the official photos below.

The latest colorway of Hidden NY’s take on the Asics GEL-DS Trainer 14 is scheduled to release tomorrow, December 5th, 2025. This “Dusk” pair was initially unveiled at ComplexCon and given to a select few fans, so its unclear if this release is the remainder of their 25 pair stock or a new production run. Pairs will be available exclusively through the Hidden site, with member access open at 12pm followed by public access at 3pm EST. Pricing is currently unknown.
