Since the dawn of the Dub Zero in 2005, Jordan Brand aggressively expanded its category of multi-chapter hybrid sneakers, with each creation anchored in storytelling pulled from the many folktale-like moments in Jordan’s career. Debuting in 2009, the Jordan Sixty Plus was a clash of the Air Jordan 1, Air Jordan 2, Air Jordan 5, and Air Jordan 7, the four models that MJ wore during his 60-point games.
For 2026, Jordan Brand is bringing the Jordan Sixty Plus back to market, introducing a new low-top cut of the silhouette. These first-look images reveal a clean white version (womens) with an ice-out bottom, and a second in University Blue that clearly calls back to the GOAT’s days as a Tar Heel. Aside from the obvious drop-top conversion, the Jordan Sixty Plus Low features the tongue of the Air Jordan 5, whereas the original featured an oversized Wings logo pulled from the Air Jordan 1 and 2.
A quick breakdown of the shoe is as follows; the overall silhouette is closest to the Air Jordan 5; the lacing system and heel design with the exterior guard and the ridged tab is from the Air Jordan 2; the perforated toe-box is from the Air Jordan 1; the perforations at the mid-foot and the 23 hit on the heel is taken from the Air Jordan 7.
Both are expected to launch Summer 2026 alongside a number of new colorways for $160; see our Jordan releases page for the latest on next year’s drops.
