New Balance introduced a fresh silhouette to their lifestyle lineup this year, the 2010. The model has so far been a success, with numerous colors and collaborations offered up. This week, a new “Dark Olivine” look has surfaced, coming soon.

The New Balance 2010 blends early-2000s runner influence with modern lifestyle sensibility. It features a layered upper combining suede, mesh, and nubuck, drawing from NB’s heritage models like the 99x series. Underfoot, the standout segmented ABZORB sole unit provides cushioning and stability, while a sculpted mid-sole plate adds structure for everyday wear. Initial colorways such as “Vintage Khaki,” “Brown,” and “Moonbeam” lean into earthy and tonal palettes. Additionally, the Boston brand has used partnerships with Kith, Rich Paul, and JoeFreshGoods to elevate their new model.

While we wait on some of those upcoming collaborative releases, New Balance is fleshing out their lineup of the 2010 with new colorways for Fall. Embracing the usual palette of green and brown hues, the latest look mixes at least five different colors in an excellent “Dark Olivine” build. The look starts with a light brown wide gauge mesh for the base layer, adding its structural mid layers in black. Olive green suede covers the outer portions of the shoe, while light grey hints adorn the eyestays and tongues. Gunmetal grey soles round out the look, while blue branding and ABZORB cushioning are the final touch.

NEW BALANCE 2010 “DARK OLIVINE” RELEASE INFORMATION

The latest style of New Balance’s 2010 to surface is currently expected to hit shelves next week, on November 5th, 2025. The new pair comes in a “Dark Olivine” palette, with brown, black, and grey hues to pair with the green suede. Pairs will be available through both NB and select retailers, priced at the usual $160.
