Rising star Caroline Hu secured her partnership with adidas Originals with the help of Edison Chen. Now, the two are joining forces to launch a collaborative endeavor, highlighting the adidas Taekwondo.

On this collaboration, the ever-popular ballet shoe aesthetic filters onto the Taekwondo silhouette, conjoining two elegant art-forms that rely heavily on articulate movements of the legs and feet. Chen and Hu create a perfect balance of elegance and combat through the modified silhouette via the elastic zig-zagging straps at the mid-foot that lock in via adhesive fabrics.

The upper construction also ditches the standard leather build for a molded one-piece upper, finished with three glossy exteriors in light pink, cream white, and piano black. The first two opt for matte silver striping on the side, while the third sticks to an all-black-everything motif for that street- ready look.
