As the adidas Samba has entered 2025 as a still red-hot commodity, we’ve paid special attention to how the Three Stripes has reimagined the model, perhaps landing its two biggest punches with the cheetah Sambas and similarly exotic pony hair counterparts. As both those shoes took cues from previous Wales Bonner work, we’re led to believe that the breathable CLOT Superstar influenced this latest batch, as adidas is trotting out a new “Cotton Mesh” Samba composition in four fresh colorways.

Swapping the typical leather paneling of the lifestyle icon is the headliner here; quilted apertures in the shoe’s fabric base layer are visible at first glance. Though previous experimentations with the Samba have gone further in experimenting, this “Cotton Mesh” pack instead paints within the lines, deploying the timeless “Black/White” along with “Earth Strata,” “Cream White,” and “Cloud White/Night Indigo” do-ups.
